Crossroads Goes to Treasure Island Music Festival

There are but two words for our booth at Treasure Island Music Fest: epic and awesome. It was the kind of festival in which so much is going on at one time, it seemed to be infinite. Thanks to everyone who came out to our little spot on the island and made the weekend so special – big up to Lindsey, the cool girl from Santa Cruz, and the guy who bought the Mohawk hat I liked! The highlights of the festival? For me, it was watching Empire of the Sun and the Naked and Famous, as well as meeting the very cool Jennie and Jackie from Going West and The Hourglass. Did you miss us? We’ll be back next year, selling our sweatshirts and riding the Ferris wheel in style.

Mega babe staff – Sakura, Kasia and Sam.One of my favorite customers of the day won these silly socks thanks to the Crossroads prize wheel. Can you tell she was excited?Pirate party bus! These creepy alien dudes attacked Sakura! He asked me to take his photo, then asked me if I like Chromeo.Aww yeah Naked and Famous! There was a definite Egyptian theme at the fest this year. Trend spotting anyone? This guy obviously had great taste. So did this girl!More “trendy” Egyptian headpieces appear at our booth.Aliens attack Kasia!Jennie and JackieLindsey and I bonded over her jewelry.

Rockridge Out and About

Not too long ago, our College store enjoyed  a beautiful Sunday with all the neighbors at Rockridge Out and About. We enjoyed meeting our regulars’ families, as well as meeting new folks! Hope you guys had as much fun as we did…

Crossroads + Two Point Oh! LA

Partying with fashion bloggers? Don’t mind if we do. Our seriously gorgeous staff members Christie, Kerri, Amy and Melina joined the Two Point Oh! LA network to ring in Los Angeles Fashion Week in sartorial perfection.

Crossroads Pasadena Loves You Too

Flaunting their stylish outfits and perfect teeth in the photobooth, our bombshell Pasadena staff attended the Best of Pasadena party put on by Pasadena Weekly and did all of us proud. Thanks to all of you, Crossroads garnered more votes from readers than any other recycled store. Seriously, we love you too.

Hollywood Glamour

Talk about glamour – Monica from our Santa Monica store got made up for a Melrose look book photo shoot. We can’t release all the details, but here are some behind the scenes shots of Monica looking totally cute in a girl-next-door kind of way…completely decked out in Crossroads clothing, of course. All in Hollywood, all in a day’s work!

Crossroads on Melrose Celebrates Fashion’s Night Out

Fashion’s Night Out is one of the many evenings Crossroads showers you with gifts and designer racks. Our Melrose store offered gorgeous hors d’oeuvres and refreshments, raffles, and had DJ Eric play music to your ears.

Fashion’s Night Out in New York

In New York, our Williamsburg team went out on the town for Fashion’s Night Out. While taking in the festivities and fashion, they snapped some photos of some of the stylish people they met. Oh, why can’t we all have that very New York, effortless chic style?

11/September/Crossroads at Country in the Park

Were you stuck at home last weekend, listening to tunes on your dad’s radio because your ipod is broken? Crossroads went to Sacramento Country in the Park for some music and food. Not only did we get some great tans (and maybe a little sunburn), we pretty much brought our entire shop. How’s that for mobile?

11/August/Chicago Crossroads + The Cubs

Hello from beautiful Chicago! Our Wicker Park team took to the baseball fields this month for a night out to watch the Cubs. You can almost hear them singing “Take Me Out to the Ball Game.”

11/August/Crossroads Silverlake Junction

We were just as bummed as the rest of Silver Lake when we found out that Sunset Junction had been canceled this year…but in a genuine Silver Lake style, we refused to let it get us down. We put on our own party on in our Silver Lake store complete with festival racks, awesome music, and treats for our customers.
