October 23rd, 2018 by Jennifer Beile 5 Style Vloggers You Should Be Following
The blogging industry has evolved so much since the beginning days of posting outfit photos on WordPress or Blogger. Bloggers have established brands, created extended business lines and products, and created a platform for fashion lovers to have access to unlimited content.
The newest avenue that style and fashion bloggers are taking over is YouTube! Style vloggers are quickly gaining traction and we are seeing more and more of our favorite traditional bloggers creating video content using YouTube or Instagram. I have noticed myself focusing more on video content from my favorite style bloggers. I love being able to “go shopping” with someone whose style I admire, see the clothing and products in a more three dimensional way with movement and detail, and getting to know these girls on a more personal level.
Check out 5 of my favorite style bloggers that you should be following!
Beth Jones, B. Jones Style
How could I have a list of my favorite style vloggers without including our very own Crossroads Style Council member, Beth! Beth is one of the very first bloggers that I fell in love with and have followed since. She’s transformed her brand from a style blog to fashion and lifestyle vlog and films thrift challenges, weekly outfit videos, and style tips.
Check out Beth’s latest thrifting and vintage shopping video:
Kia Marie, TheNotoriousKIA
Kia is one of my newest finds, and I don’t know how I didn’t discover her sooner! She describes her style as “a blend of the grittiness of New York City and the carefreeness of southern California”. She posts impressive thrift hauls, video lookbooks, and “how to style” tutorials.
Check out her latest video of how to thrift Zara inspired fall trends:

Chriselle excels as a working mother in the fashion industry and has built a blogging and vlogging career based on her travels, beauty tips, fashion, and motherhood. Check out Chriselle showcasing her brand new fashion line from Nordstrom:

Gone are the days when corset pieces held a bad reputation in the fashion world. Now, you can find them in a multitude of styles from t-shirts, to lace-up dresses, to belts. We have to admit, there’s something about them that makes us feel instantly more stylish when we wear them.

A Pair and a Spare makes styling a corset belt look like a piece of cake! Fashion tip: wear one over a loose shirt to accentuate your waistline.
Nail the perfect going-out look with a sequined top.
If you’re looking for a piece that’s more subtle, opt for a shirt that ties in the front.
Aimee Song of Song of Style hits the fashion jackpot with this white corset dress. The lace-up details in the front give it an extra bit of flair.
Worn under a jacket, as done here, this corset belt creates a layered look that isn’t too over-the-top.
Go for a cropped corset top that will turn heads all day long the next time you’re out and about.
Trust us, you’ll want to update your closet with a few corset pieces this season!

The Fourth of July is right around the corner, meaning Wednesday fireworks, beach bonfires, and backyard barbecues with friends and family are on the horizon. The good news is there’s no need to break the bank, because most of these pieces are already in your closet!
Keep scrolling for a fail-proof shortcut for pulling off a patriotic look.
Amy Jackson of Fashion Jackson proves you don’t need to wear a bright and daring outfit to make a statement on the Fourth of July. Keep it simple with a white off-the-shoulder top and a pair of red heels.
Planning on having a picnic with your best gal pals to celebrate Independence Day? Opt for a romper in a chambray material or a red floral design to keep with the spirit of the season.
Feel free to get creative with your red, white, and blue outfit combinations. Tip: Start off with a classic pair of white shorts, and work your way upwards with solid blue and red pieces. (Hello, accessories!)
Going monochromatic red, white or blue is always a great choice for looking immediately put-together.
Break out your favorite patriotic graphic tees to celebrate the holiday!
A top with stars or stripes is everything you need for a festive July 4th look! The best part? You don’t need to stick to a certain color scheme to pull off these patterns!
