Sales/Buyer

We are looking for energetic, friendly and responsible people with extensive knowledge of labels, styles, trends and all things fashion. Sales experience in the retail fashion/clothing industry a plus.

Job Description

  • Buy clothing from the public, which involves keeping up-to-date on current fashion trends, fashionable labels, pricing, and what our competitors are selling
  • Be proactive in offering outstanding customer service
  • Work on interior and window displays
  • Assist in keeping the store neat, including specific cleaning tasks as assigned
  • Assist with merchandising
  • Assist with store security, which involves, but is not limited to, checking bags and monitoring the dressing rooms
  • Perform all point of sale related tasks, which involves but is not limited to: counting cash, making change, operating the cash register, calculators and telecredit devices

Floor Supervisor

If you are an organized, dependable, shop-a-holic with a "can-do" attitude, we want you for our team! Supervisory experience in the retail fashion/clothing industry a plus.

Job Description

  • Assist in the coordination of all buying tasks. This involves buying clothing from the public, and keeping up to date on current fashion trends, fashionable labels, pricing, and what our competitors are selling
  • Be proactive in offering outstanding customer service
  • Work on interior and window displays
  • Assist with store security, which involves, but is not limited to, checking bags and monitoring the dressing rooms
  • Assist with merchandising
  • Perform all point of sale related tasks, which involves but is not limited to: counting cash, making change, operating the cash register, calculators and various telecredit devices
  • Perform all financial tasks, which involve but are not limited to: banking, reconciling cash, and processing all CTC register media

Assistant Manager

You are a highly motivated, fashion-loving individual with extraordinary people-skills. Must be available to work on Sundays and Mondays. One year retail management experience required.

Job Description

  • Learn, understand, and implement CTC's philosophy, management policies, and procedures
  • Drive sales forward
  • Maintain exemplary customer service
  • Assist in the hiring, training, and motivation of a team of full and part time buyers and floor supervisors
  • Be an independent buyer and assist in the coordination of all buying tasks, including buying training
  • Assist in the maintenance of an internal and external environment that is in tune with the atmosphere of the store
  • Ensure the proper processing and display of merchandise
  • Control and safeguard all store assets including: merchandise/inventory, cash, fixture and display material
  • Assist in the properly maintenance of staffing requirements to operate within planned labor costs
  • Assist in overseeing all POS operations
  • Accurately perform all opening and closing procedures in the store and POS system
  • Assist in the coordination of all payroll tasks
  • Assist in the coordination of all inventory related tasks

Store Manager

Crossroads store managers are both the leader and a member of a team where everyone is responsible for all aspects of running the store. Two years retail management experience required.

Job Description

Under the direction of a District Manager, Crossroads’ Store Managers will perform fast-paced, constantly changing work related to the following (and other) responsibilities:

  • Learn, understand, and implement Crossroads’ philosophy, management policies, and procedures

Merchandise Processor

Crossroads Trading Company is seeking energetic people to work in our headquarters’ buying office & shipping warehouse. This is not a buyer position. You’ll be responsible for pricing and distribution of clothing & accessories. Job is 2 days per week Monday, Tuesday or Wednesday between the hours of 8:30 & 5:00.

Job Description

Under the direction of a department manager, Crossroads’ Merchandise Processors will perform fast-paced, constantly changing work related to the following (and other) responsibilities:

  • Unpacking large boxes, sorting and pricing clothing & accessories
  • Assisting with the distribution of merchandise
  • Filling orders for operating supplies
  • Preparing packages for shipping
  • Receiving shipments
  • Assisting in maintaining the appearance of the warehouse
  • Must be detailed, efficient, organized, dependable and able to work independently!
  • Work under daily deadlines
  • Physically able to pack and lift large boxes
  • Independent starter who can follow direction
