Winter Colors
This winter, don’t be afraid to inject some fun into your style. Avoid matching the dreary weather by adding some bright colors that make dark colors pop. Explore vibrant hues like yellow and orange, or experiment with jewel tones like sapphire, emerald green and turquoise. If you really want to conjure an electric statement, weave in hints of neon. Mix these exciting colors with black, soft gray and off-white to add a fun contrast.

Chilly In the City
There’s no doubt it’s chilly outside, and living in the city requires luxurious cashmeres to keep you warm when you’re out and about. Another great way to stay toasty is to upgrade from basic knits to thick textured ones. Throw a belt around your waist to cinch it all together and create a lovely silhouette that shows you’re ready for the weather ahead.

Nouveau Prep
This season, let your prep-school girl or boy out. Both fitted and oversized cardigans work perfectly for this look. Layer them with a cable-knit scarf and add essential campus accessories like gloves, a pom beanie or wool beret. Mix in prints, work in the nautical look or try high-waisted jeans. Whichever you decide, make sure you have fun.

Minimalism
Keeping a look clean and simple does not have to translate to boring. Start with grays and dark muted tones and incorporate zippered or studded pieces to give them some edge. You can keep it dark and edgy, or take it to a sophisticated level with blazers and coats. Just don’t forget to keep the focus on the main attraction…you! With this look, less is definitely more.

Bombs Away
Bomber jackets are hot this season, and you can wear them with just about anything. Pair one with a skirt and heels for that urban look or work it with a baby doll dress for a sassy but sweet look. Be bold and wear a leather jacket with feminine prints like floral, then add some laced up boots to finish the look.
