how to enter
The winners will be the photos which show the most current, attractive presentation of fashionable clothing. Photographs will also be evaluated on the basis of originality, creativity, composition and overall quality.
1. Each entrant may submit up to three photographs.
2. All submissions to the 2012 Crossroads Fashion Photo Contest will be made via our website. All photographs submitted must:
–include the following information: photographer’s name, address, phone number, email address and each model’s first name
–have been taken and be owned by entrant
–have not been previously published, nor have publication pending
3. Upload signed photographer’s and model’s releases. Entrants should download the following forms and secure the signatures as soon as possible. Have these releases signed, scanned and ready to upload with your photos.
– CTC Photographer’s Agreement which grants the usage of winning photos to Crossroads Trading Co.
– CTC Model Release which grants Crossroads the right to use their image in advertising
4. Upload your photos. See all the details about how to prepare your files for upload on our Tips and Guidelines page. Because photographs may be used in print advertising, you must be able to supply an original high resolution digital file.
5. All photographs and releases must be uploaded to the CTC Fashion Photo Contest at www.crossroadstrading.com by 6:00 PM on Sunday, 5/27/2012.
6. Photographs that are not available in the specified high resolution format, do not have signed release forms, or are submitted after this date cannot be considered in the contest.
Prizes will be awarded solely on the basis of the judges’ evaluation of the quality of the photos entered. Prizes will be awarded unless judges fail to identify qualifying images. Current CTC staff and their immediate families are not eligible to participate.
