“I have been a Crossroads shopper for a few years now, I love the Santa Monica store, the Fillmore store is so professional (gotta love the manager-Tricia), San Jose (San Carlos is my fave), and I even have some luck at the at the Berkeley store, but I just discovered the Santa Cruz Crossroads yesterday! I first of all never even thought that I would like anything they had (only cause I thought it would be full of surf gear) or let alone leave with spending almost 200 bucks (2 Pendleton flannels $16.50 each, a pair of G-star jeans $38.50, Cole Haan oxfords $25, a vintage vest $9, a brand new pair of Hundred jeans I never heard of $42.50, and a big smile on my face). The store could use a face lift in some areas, but the prices are by far the best out of any location that I’ve visited so far, and the staff were some of the nicest and most helpful associates I’ve had the pleasure of dealing with. The guy that was buying when I walked in was extremely cheerful and welcoming, and he seemed to be in charge cause he was buying quickly getting the cash register line down when the other cashier was a bit overwhelmed and dealing with a lady who was angry with him for not buying her clothes. But all the while he stayed cheerful which is very pleasant to be around when shopping. There was a associate named Linara who helped me find some great pieces, that girl was the best, I have never had a Crossroads employee actually walk up to me, and help me with picking out things that I liked without knowing me or my style, especially without me asking for her help. I will most definitely be going back there when I visit the boardwalk again! Bravo Crossroads! I love you guys because no one store is like the other; but they all have something that keeps people like me coming back. Keep buying and selling great stuff, and keep up the good work!”
