Say “No” to Plastic Bags & Raise Money for Worthy Causes
You may have thought you were just shopping for designer clothes, but did you know that at Crossroads you’re doing more? By taking part in the recycled fashion movement, you are helping to reduce landfill, ocean pollution and global warming.
Every time you choose not to take a plastic bag, Crossroads donates 5 cents to a local charity chosen by our store teams. Thanks to our customers, in 2012 we handed out 328,995 fewer plastic bags which is $16,447.75 to charity. Since 2003, this program has saved almost 1,753,362 plastic bags and donated over $87,665 to local and national charities.
