On Thursday, May 10, join Crossroads in Evanston as we appreciate and celebrate our sellers. We will give you a $5 gift certificate for every $100 retail sold, and the first 100 sellers of the day will get special goodie bags. If that isn’t enough, we’ll also be raffling off a $25 gift certificate. As always with Crossroads, you won’t walk away empty-handed…but with an event like this, you really won’t walk away empty-handed!
In honor of Earth Day this Sunday, we’d like to thank all of you for shopping at Crossroads Trading and closing the loop. Every year, about 12 million tons of textile waste is generated in North America alone, but by shopping, selling, and trading with us, you have helped keep some out of landfills.
In addition, every time you choose not to take a plastic bag, Crossroads donates 5 cents to a local charity chosen by our store teams. Thanks to our customers, in 2011 we handed out 342,901 fewer plastic bags which is $17,145.05 to charity. Since 2003, this program has saved almost 1,424,367 plastic bags and donated over $71, 217 to local and national charities.
Every little bit counts, and Crossroads (and planet Earth!) appreciate it.

The famed Crossroads Fashion Photography Contest begins today and you are all invited to participate. Find more details on submitting your best shot here.
