We are reaching out to give you an update about what COVID-19 means for Crossroads.
Like many of you, we’ve closely monitored recommendations from the CDC and local governments and have made the difficult decision to temporarily close all stores and our corporate office for the health and safety of our staff and communities. We’ve suspended our Sell by Mail program as well.
To our Drop-Off Customers, we have completed your buy and mailed a check for the cash payout amount of any items we purchased to the address on your drop-off slip. We will hold the items we did not purchase until we reopen. For the safety of our staff, we’re sorry that we’re unable to retrieve and return items before our stores reopen.
To our Consignment Customers, you will receive a check for any consignment items that sold before we closed. We will extend your contract period once we reopen. For the safety of our staff, we’re sorry that we’re unable to retrieve and return items before our stores reopen.
To our Sell by Mail Customers, if we were able to process your bag prior to closure, you will receive payment. All other bags we received prior to closing will be held safely in storage until we reopen. Please do not send us any new bags at this time. For the safety of our staff, we’re sorry that we’re unable to provide updates or retrieve and return items before our Sell by Mail center reopens.
