Staff Spotlight: Celista Lopez
Meet Celista, a Buyer at Our Los Feliz location.
Celista joined the Crossroads team in 2014 as Floor Staff at our Griffith Park store. After a short stint away, Celista says she missed working at Crossroads so much that she decided to return in 2018.
As a Buyer, Celista buys the clothes, shoes and accessories from the public that will sell at her store. This is Celista’s favorite part of working at Crossroads, and she loves seeing customers buy the items she bought in. Learning about new brands and up-and-coming styles is an added perk.
Celista is currently on a growth plan to become a Floor Supervisor and has the goal of becoming a Store Manager. When asked her biggest professional inspiration, Celista answers her Store Manager, Brooke. Her patience, charm and steadiness are qualities that Celista admires.
Working at Crossroads, Celista is proud to have learned new skills and grown as a leader. We are so excited to watch Celista’s professional journey at Crossroads!
