Who What Wear has become my fashion bible. I meticulously follow their blog and social media channels to keep up on the latest fashion news and trends. Since 2015, Who What Wear has honored the most fashion-forward influencers and trendsetters of the past year. This year’s winners were announced earlier this week, and I was pleasantly surprised to see many of my favorite bloggers featured!

Nepotism runs rampant in Hollywood; sometimes, it’s all about who you know. But it seems like more and more, we’re seeing next-gen celebrity children make their own claim to fame. Take a look at five next generation celebrity children who are becoming fashion it girls.
At just 16 years old, Kaia Gerber (daughter and lookalike of supermodel Cindy Crawford) has already modeled for Versace and been featured on the cover of Vogue. This year, she walked the runway for Marc Jacobs, Burberry, and Alexander Wang during Spring 2018 Fashion Week.
Sylvester Stallone’s 19-year-old daughter is signed with IMG Models and was awarded Miss Golden Globes in 2017 (along with her two sisters). Sistine has already walked for Chanel and Dolce & Gabbana and shot an editorial for Harper’s Bazaar.
Lionel Richie’s daughter (whom you may also know as Nicole Richie’s sister), has been in the public eye for quite some time, but 2017 has her stepping into the limelight with her own work. With 2.7 million Instagram followers, a budding modeling portfolio, and growing influence as a street style star, we will be happy to see more from the youngest Richie.
Daughter of the late Michael Jackson, Paris has dabbled in acting since 2011 and recently signed a modeling contract with IMG Models. She often uses her family name for good, speaking out and bringing awareness to those in need who don’t have her platform.
Daughter of Johnny Depp and Vanessa Paradis, Lily-Rose has successfully launched her own career in acting and modeling. She has several feature films behind her and has worked with the likes of Chanel and Vogue.
Who are your favorite next-gen fashion it girls?
Live music was made to happen in the summer, on late nights spent singing along with your favorite bands with your best friends. I’ve met some of my favorite people attending concerts, and watching a great live performer is my favorite way to spend a warm summer night.
This year’s music festival line-ups and album releases have us more excited than ever for our favorite touring performers. In anticipation of those shows, I’ve rounded up the top ten summer concert tours you’ll want to keep an eye on.
1. Kendrick Lamar
He won Coachella, and now he has a nearly sold out summer tour. If you’re one of the lucky ones to have scored a ticket, you’re likely seeing the hottest concert of the season.
2. Red Hot Chili Peppers
These ’90s legends never fail to put on some of the most energetic and honest live shows you’ll ever experience!
3. Hans Zimmer
The most surprising act at Coachella this year is taking it on the road, and if you’re a movie score fan, you will love hearing your film soundtracks come alive. This show is perfect for a summer date night!
4. Bruno Mars
Bruno Mars is just a good time overall. Gather your girlfriends and dance and sing the night away with Bruno as he performs hit after hit.
5. New Kids on the Block, Boyz II Men, & Paula Abdul
If you’re “old” enough (like me!), this show will be nostalgic perfection.
Another show that should not, could not, will not be missed this summer! If you love live music and energetic performers, be sure not to miss Future on tour.
7. Jason Aldean
I know not everyone is a country music fan, but if you are, you’re probably planning on going to at least one of Jason Aldean’s highly anticipated live shows.
8. Britney Spears
Not technically a tour, but the last year of Britney’s Vegas residency is sure to be one of the hottest shows that you can attend this summer.
9. Enrique Iglesias & Pitbull
These two should never tour without each other! Enrique and Pitbull put on one of the hottest shows, and you can be sure there will be guest performers making appearances left and right!
10. John Mayer
John Mayer has been out of the spotlight for quite some time, and I expect nothing but good surprises to come from his new music.
Having fashion show access, professional stylists, and seemingly unlimited bank accounts, celebrities and fashion “it” girls are able to rock the latest looks and set trends season after season. Take a look at some of Hollywood’s current favorite fashion trends!
A reoccurring trend seen on the likes of Gigi Hadid and Kendall Jenner, the bomber jacket made a huge comeback in 2016 and is definitely competing for trend of the year in 2017.
Much like loafers and slides, embellished slippers are a style our feet are so glad we have embraced. Recently seen on Dakota Johnson and Olivia Palermo, embellished slippers are the new ‘cool girl’ shoe of the season.
Bella Hadid and Kendall Jenner frequently rock newsboy caps, and for a good reason! Top off your outfit with one for that instantly chic celebrity street style look.
They may not hold much, but they’ll hold your essentials and be your coolest accessory this season.
You’ll be seeing lace-up tops everywhere this year; it’s a way to show some skin without being as overtly sexy as a classic plunge.
It’s that time of year again: the holidays are upon us, and the next thing we know, 2016 will be gone and we’ll have a clean slate to begin again. Instead of letting the holidays sneak up on you this year, take the time to enjoy the little joys of the season. Whether you’ve been listening to holiday music since Halloween or are slower to get into the festive spirit, check out a few of my favorite holiday activities below for enjoying the season to the fullest this year.
1. Listen to Holiday Music
“The best way to spread Christmas cheer is singing loud for all to hear.” Buddy the Elf wasn’t wrong! Sing along to some classic holiday songs to spread a little cheer to the people you love. My personal favorite? Mariah Carey’s classic album Merry Christmas.
Whether you’re into traditional or unconventional holiday décor, decorating will surely put a smile on your face and give you those warm fuzzy feelings inside!
3. Pace Your Shopping
Don’t wait until the very last minute to get all your shopping done. Create a list and take your time shopping, whether online or in-store. Shopping and spending money can be the biggest source of stress during the holidays. You may be surprised at how much more you will enjoy the holidays with a little planning and time management!
4. Do Unto Others
The holidays are ultimately about spreading love, and the best way to do that is to help people who are less fortunate than you. Volunteer at a soup kitchen, participate in a toy drive, and donate what you can, whether that be your time or money.
5. Plan a Gift Exchange
Plan a gift exchange with some of your closest friends. I love White Elephant and Secret Santa gift exchanges during the holidays to put everyone in a joyful mood. Plus, who can say no to a holiday party? Dress it up with a formal dinner, or dress it down with an ugly Christmas sweater or pajama party!
6. Have a Holiday Movie Marathon
I started this tradition with my husband last year, complete with cinnamon rolls in the morning, pajamas all day, and hot chocolate. Cozying up on the couch with a loved one or a best friend while watching all the cheesy holiday movies that you pretend you don’t love is a great way to spend quality time together.
7. Take a Day Trip
I love taking a day or overnight trip up to the mountains to play in the snow during the holiday season. Living in LA, the weather leaves a lot to be desired during the winter months, so I always make sure and take time out to go somewhere close that will cure those sunny winter blues. If you already live where it snows, take the time to go outside and build a snowman, have a snowball fight, or just walk in the snow. I end these trips with a drive around town looking at all the holiday lights. Use this Light Finder to find the best places near you!
