Before I started my own personal style blog (which is now defunct because life happened—though I’m beginning to feel the itch to start it up again!), I proposed an idea to my best friend: let’s start a blog together! I didn’t want to begin a blogging adventure alone; I wanted some support, and I wanted to do it with someone who understands me and who I could bounce ideas off of. Her passion was concert photography and mine was style. They obviously do not belong on a single blog, so we ended up running completely separate ones.
But there’s something special about a blogging duo who are both on the same page—literally (on the same web page) and figuratively! I love discovering best friends, couples, or family members who run a successful blog together.
Two creative brains are better than one! Take a look at five of my favorite blogging duos below!
Alice and Hannah are the duo behind the Belle and Bunty blog and their namesake designer label. Their colorful aesthetic will make them a permanent addition to your blog roll and brighten up your Instagram feed.
Cipriana and Nikisha have created an online publication celebrating lifestyle, health, fashion, music, culture, and natural hair. These two best friends constantly step outside the box and each bring their own individual ideas together to create meaningful content.
Jordan and Kemper are a husband and wife duo who blog about fashion and travel. Sometimes they even color-coordinate their outfits in an almost sickeningly sweet way. These two are total #relationshipgoals!
Awarded the Fashion Influencers of the Year award by Marie Claire Magazine in 2015, sisters Nef and Nat built up their style blog TwinFashion, which in turn formed into the lifestyle brand By Nef and Nat, where they each contribute fashion, wellbeing, and beauty content.
Originating as two individual blogs, A Beautiful Mess is the brainchild of sisters Elsie and Emma. It’s one of the quintessential blogs to follow if you’re into food, décor, crafts, and style. 8 years later, A Beautiful Mess is more than just a blog; they’ve expanded their reach into books, a photo editing app, and a beauty and wellness company.
Behind every beautifully dressed celebrity, there is a team of stylists and hair and makeup gurus. They are the unsung heroes that work behind the scenes to make celebs look effortlessly put-together and radiant. As a stylist myself who understands the kind of attention to detail and work that goes into just one look, I continue to be fascinated by those who work endlessly for celebrities during award season and press tours.
For everything from behind-the-scenes styling secrets to snaps of their celeb clients, check out some my favorite celebrity stylists to follow on Instagram!
Kate Young, @kateyoung
Kate styles the hottest celebs on the planet and consistently gets her clients on the best dressed list. Margot Robbie, Selena Gomez, and Natalie Portman are just a few of her clients.
Petra Flannery, @petraflannery
Ever wonder how Emma Stone and Reese Witherspoon so consistently top the best-dressed lists? It’s all thanks to Petra!
Leith Clark, @leithclark
One of my favorites I follow, Leith has a playful, colorful style that she shares in dressing the likes of Zoe Kazan, Michelle Williams, and Keira Knightley.
Monica Rose, @monicarosestyle
Do you lust over Chrissy Teigen’s and Chanel Iman’s style? Then you should definitely give Monica a follow for constant, chic inspo!
Brad Goreski, @bradgoreski
We met Brad on reality TV when he was Rachel Zoe’s assistant. Now, he’s often seen as an E! red carpet correspondent and stylist to best-dressed celebrities like Lea Michele, Jenna Dewan Tatum, Jessica Alba and Sarah Hyland.
Rachel Zoe, @rachelzoe
Speaking of Rachel Zoe, her ever-growing list of accomplishments include A-list celebrity stylist and successful fashion designer. Follow Rachel for snaps of her two cute boys and her inspiring red carpet styling work.
Elizabeth Stewart, @elizabethstewart1
Strong women like Viola Davis, Gal Gadot, and Jessica Chastain put their red carpet style in the hands of Elizabeth, so you know she knows exactly what she’s doing!
Karla Welch, @karlawelchstylist
Best-dressed list mainstays Tracee Ellis Ross, Sarah Pulson, Karlie Kloss, and Olivia Wilde put their trust in Karla to make them red carpet- and street style-ready.
Mimi Cuttrell, @mimicuttrell
Mimi is stylist to some of the most in-demand models right now, including Kaia Gerber, Georgia Fowler, and Nadine Leopold.
Erin Walsh, @erinwalshnyc
I love all of the behind-the-scenes looks that Erin shares on her Instagram as she styles the likes of Thandie Newton, Sarah Jessica Parker, and Maggie Gyllenhaal.
If you follow Crossroads on Instagram, you may have seen that the SoCal members of the Crossroads Style Council took a road trip to Santa Barbara together. We met early in the morning to drive up the beautiful coast to the Crossroads store on State Street, and we were challenged to create an outfit in just one hour (you can see all those looks below!).
After styling up our looks (and collectively buying so many goodies!), we walked over to eat at the newly opened Smithy Kitchen + Bar, which was a hit! If you’re in the area, it’s a great place for a leisurely lunch break. After lunch, we stopped for a coffee refuel at The French Press and headed back to Los Angeles.
I had been to Santa Barbara only once before, and this trip really solidified that I am officially in love. The entire town is darling, especially the neighborhood the store is in! We would love to see you in your Crossroads neighborhood, where you eat, drink, and play! Hashtag #CrossroadsNeighborhood on Instagram to share your community with us.
Pit stop turned photoshoot!

I had so much fun with these ladies and I cannot wait until our next adventure!
Instagram has quickly become the fashion lover’s go-to for instant outfit inspiration. I would go so far to say that Instagram will—if it hasn’t already—quickly surpass the traditional blogger’s platform.
When you’re looking for outfit inspo, it’s as easy as plugging in a descriptive hashtag or simply scrolling through your feed in the morning. Just follow your favorite fashionistas for a daily dose of style delivered straight to you! Need somewhere to start? Take a look at five of my favorite fashion babes you should be following on Instagram if you aren’t already.
Anine Bing, aninebing
Designer Anine Bing (check out her self-titled line here) is the queen of chic and classic with just the right touch of modern. Known for her outfit uniform of graphic tees and blazers, Anine can also be seen rocking badass booties, leather jackets, and the denim of your dreams.
Casey Carlson, officiallyquigley
A little boho, a little rock and roll, and a lot of funk. Casey has a smile that lights up the entire room and definitely has fun playing dress up everyday. Fun fact: I met Casey at our local dog park before she moved out of the area, and our pups were obsessed with each other!
Lauren Johnson, discodaydream
Lauren is the ultimate cool girl, and I am almost embarrassed by the amount of likes she gets from me! She is an unlimited source of outfit inspo, whether I’m feeling chic, casual, or playful.
Chloe Miles, chloehelenmiles
Chloe is a total style chameleon and showcases her effortless chic fashion sense throughout her Instagram.
Zoe Lazerson, zoelaz
Zoe shares her personality through her fashion! A fan of color, Zoe nails playful yet wearable style and shows you how to wear just about every trend perfectly.
Who What Wear has become my fashion bible. I meticulously follow their blog and social media channels to keep up on the latest fashion news and trends. Since 2015, Who What Wear has honored the most fashion-forward influencers and trendsetters of the past year. This year’s winners were announced earlier this week, and I was pleasantly surprised to see many of my favorite bloggers featured!
Take a look at the style bloggers that received honors in the Who What Wear Street Style Awards. And take a cue—these are bloggers that need to be added to your blogroll ASAP!

Mary has always been one of my favorite fashion bloggers, so I’m not surprised that she was honored by Who Wore What this year for her bold wardrobe color palette.
