I loved it so much it was the first place I drove to when I got my license and when I turned 18 and could finally sell on my own. I’m now a mom taking my own daughters to shop, what a full circle moment. Cheers to 35 years!” Mary Lou has been with Crossroads for 17 years! 🥳 Jason, Senior Store Manager: “Working for Crossroads for 20 years I’ve held many roles, worked at majority of the stores and have had the best time seeing all the different trends throughout the year. Highlights for me were moving from Sacramento to the Bay Area to work at headquarters, which I committed by train for the first three months. Another big highlight was becoming a regional support manager and being able to travel to different stores to provide. Another highlight would be getting my certificate in DEI in the workplace to help facilitate the employee resource group. The most recent milestone was becoming a senior store manager and now being able to oversee my own store and help out at our sister store in Berkeley.” Jason has been with Crossroads for 20 years. ✨ Erin is a District Manager at Crossroads.
