We evaluate and price clothing on the spot, so you can receive cash or trade right away.

Ways To Sell
Drop Off
Most of our stores offer drop-off service. Simply let a buyer know you’d like to drop off your items, complete a brief form and be on your way. Sellers have the option to return for a cash or trade payout after 48-72 hours (varies by store) or have their payout held in their Crossroads digital account until their next visit. In some stores, sellers must return to collect their unpurchased items within 3 days or choose to have them donated. In other stores, sellers do not have the option to return to collect items. Ask your store for their policy.
Not all stores offer this service. Click “View All Locations” and select your store to check if they offer drop-off selling.

Consignment
Crossroads is your one-stop shop to sell, offering consignment on your high-end designer items, with payouts up to 70% in cash. If you have an item you would prefer to consign versus sell outright, just ask!

Don’t have a Crossroads in your neighborhood? You can still sell to Crossroads with our mail-in service. Request a bag and we’ll send you a roomy one with a pre-paid return shipping label. If this is your first experience selling clothing, we recommend reviewing our Selling Guide carefully.

What You Get
Cash
When you sell your clothes for cash in our stores, you receive payment on the spot. We pay 30% in cash of what we price your items to sell for in the store.
Trade
When you trade at Crossroads, you’re choosing to receive trade credit that’s good at any of our stores. We pay 50% in trade of what we price your items to sell for in the store.
Cash
When you sell your clothes for cash in our stores, you receive payment on the spot. We pay 25-40% based on what we price your items to sell for in the store.
Trade
When you trade at Crossroads, you’re choosing to receive trade credit that’s good at any of our stores. We pay 45% in trade of what we price your items to sell for in the store.

What We’re Looking For
Clean
Do you buy dirty clothing? Neither do our customers. We can only accept clean, unstained, odor-free items in excellent condition.
Current
Just like you, our customers want on-trend, in-style items. So bring us that amazing designer dress you bought that doesn’t quite fit, or that jacket you loved but just don’t wear.
Condition
Details matter! If it’s missing a button, has a tiny tear, or the zipper’s broken, we can’t buy it. It pays to make sure your items are in great shape.
