Meet Maddie, Buyer
Maddie joined the Crossroads team in 2022 as a Buyer at our Williamsburg, New York store. She knew it would be a great place to learn key skills and grow as a fashion buyer. With a passion for sustainability and circular fashion, Crossroads was the perfect fit!
Maddie met her goal of growing as a Buyer by graduating from a specialized training course offered to Crossroads Buyers. Her training didn’t stop there. John, the Assistant Manager & Buyer Trainer at Maddie’s store, has continued to help Maddie learn and grow.
In her role as a Buyer, Maddie constantly learns about new brands and trends. She enjoys using her knowledge of trends to fill her store with items her customers want to purchase. Another thing Maddie loves about working at Crossroads? Coming into work and being surrounded by good energy and a great support system.
What’s next for Maddie? She’s excited to grow her skills as a Buyer and gain ongoing insights from her store’s management team to prepare for future endeavors.
