Staff Spotlight: Earl Peoples
Meet Earl Peoples, Store Manager of Our Irving Street Location in San Francisco.
Earl joined Crossroads in 2019 as an Assistant Manager at our Fillmore Street store. He chose Crossroads because, “I wanted to align the future of my fashion career with a company that values sustainability.” While working at Crossroads, Earl also earned his graduate degree in Merchandising and Business Management.
Earl’s talent was noticed immediately, and he was quickly promoted to Jr. Store Manager in 2020 and then to Store Manager only 9 months later.
Earl mentioned his love of hiring, training, and developing his team when asked about his favorite part of the job. Earl said, “It feels great to work for a company that acknowledges and promotes growth.”
