April 20, 2023 We Know the Best Thrift Store
We strive to be the best thrift store out there and are on a mission to make shopping for secondhand clothes fun, fashionable, and affordable.
It all starts with our great sellers. They bring in their gently used clothing to sell or trade. Our well-trained fashion buyers then assess each piece of clothing to curate our racks with the best labels, styles, and trends.
We then stock our racks by department and color, ensuring you don’t waste time sifting through miscellaneous clothing. Instead, you can shop for exactly what you need.
We only buy in excellent condition clothing that’s clean and free of damage. It makes shopping for secondhand clothing so much easier.
And best of all, you can bring in your own preloved clothing to sell for cash or store credit. With the store credit option, you can walk away with clothes for practically free! Check out our latest seasonal selling guide to see what trends, styles, and brands we’re looking for right now.
We hope that when asked about the best thrift store out there, you agree that it’s Crossroads. And if you haven’t visited one of our stores yet, we have great news: we have locations across the U.S.

April 18, 2023 How to Wear Pleats for Spring
There’s something quite perfect about pleats for spring. They usually come in soft and flowy fabrics that are easy to wear as the weather warms.
Keep scrolling for some of the ways we enjoy wearing pleats for spring, then look for your own pleated pieces on the racks of our stores.
For Special Occasions
With spring comes the natural start of wedding season, making a special occasion dress with pleats a clear winner.
In Billowy Trousers
Mix up your look with a pair of pleated pants. The more oversized the better, in our opinion.
With a Mini Skirt
A mini skirt in pleats is always preppy and fun. The matching shoe options are endless too, from ballet flats to sneakers to boots.
With Cropped Pants
Take your pleated trousers one step further and find yourself a cropped pair!
With a Pleated Top
We never pass up a pleated top. The simple embellishment adds so much whimsy to a look.
With a Pleated Dress
We really like the particular pleated dress, which adds them in an unexpected way.
We obviously have pleats included in our spring selling guide, but there’s so much more. Take a look!
April 13, 2023 The Fun Patterns We’re Wearing This Season
You may have noticed we included fun patterns in our latest selling guide. But are you curious about which ones we’re talking about? No need to worry, because we have a few examples for you!
Below are some of the classic patterns we wear in spring, but there are plenty more you can find on the racks of our stores.
Romantic Florals
This print makes our list every single time.
Vintage
Whether truly vintage or reproduced, we’re always drawn to a vintage 40s or 50s pattern for spring and summer.
Bright
Have we told you how much we love bright fashion right now?
Classic 90s
Get yourself a 90s print, a baby tee, and some chunky shoes, and you’ve created your new favorite outfit.
Cherries
Fashion rule #327: if you see a fashion piece with a cherry pattern, you must bring it home!
Tropical
It most likely reflects our dreams of spring break and summer vacation: we just love a tropical pattern.
Take a glance at our latest selling guide for more seasonal trends like fun patterns. Or visit any of our store locations to shop your own style. While you’re at it, don’t forget to bring and sell your unwanted, gently used clothing for cash or store credit!
