February 20, 2024 So 90s: A Ditsy Floral Dress

If you’re unfamiliar, a ditsy floral dress is a dress with a scattered print of mini flowers. Think of the classic Liberty prints we all know and love.

The ditsy floral dress was very popular in the 1990s, and in two distinct styles. The first was a mini silhouette in a wrap style, and the second was a straight-line maxi style. Both styles were typically paired with a pair of Converse sneakers or platform shoes.

These dresses usually came in a soft lightweight fabric and were the go-to look for spring and summer in the city.

The look is back, and it wasn’t hard to find several outfits we plan to replicate ourselves this season. Scroll through them all and decide which one best matches your current style.

The Classic Wrap Mini Dress

We’re shopping for the ditsy floral dress for our closets and for our stores. If you find yourself with pre-loved pieces in excellent condition that no longer suit your style, try selling them in one of our stores or by Sell by Mail! We’re currently on the hunt for styles, trends, and labels like these.
