July 9, 2024 Loafers for Summer Looks
Wear loafers in summer?? This might not be your first instinct, but we think they’re a great seasonal choice.
Loafers are so easy to slip on, and they (yes!) match your favorite summer shorts, whether they’re a preppy pleated pair or in a relaxed boxer shorts style. They work with dresses, skirts, and cropped pants too! Best of all, they are currently trending with comfy socks. Don’t believe us? Keep scrolling to see for yourself.

We consider loafers a staple fashion piece, and that’s why you’re likely to find them in one of our stores. But, if you’ve decided this look isn’t for you, consider bringing in your gently used loafers to one of our selling counters. We love leather versions in modern styles from popular brands. Our buyers will assess them during your visit, and your pre-loved pair might just earn you cash or store credit.

July 2, 2024 How to Sell Fashion Online
If you’re wondering how to sell fashion online, you’ve come to the right place. The answer might not be what you’re expecting, though!
You might be thinking you need to list your clothing on a website or an app, then take offers and answer potential buyer questions.
Nope.
You may think you’ll need to package each piece when it sells, becoming best friends with the post office staff as you visit weekly with shipments.
Wrong again.
How to Sell Fashion Online
How about something like this: you order a free Sell by Mail bag from Crossroads that’s roomy and includes pre-paid postage. You fill it with the items you want to sell and send it off.
Once our buying team receives it, they’ll assess each piece and determine which pieces they can buy in. They aim to buy as much as possible!
You’ll receive notification when they finish your buy, and you can choose your payout in cash (by Zelle payment) or in trade credit that’s good at all Crossroads stores. You also have the choice to have your unpurchased items donated or returned to you for a fee.
